1. Current Plan โ Free Usage
CattleSystem is currently free to use. There are no subscription fees, listing fees, or hidden charges. This policy will become fully applicable when paid plans are introduced.
We will notify all users at least 30 days before introducing any charges.
2. Future Paid Plans โ Cancellation
When paid plans are introduced:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings โ Subscription โ Cancel Plan
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for
- No automatic renewals will occur after cancellation
3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are charged due to a technical error or duplicate payment
- You cancel within 48 hours of your first-ever paid subscription purchase and have not used premium features
You are not eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel after 48 hours of purchase
- You have actively used premium features during the subscription period
- Your account was suspended for violation of our Terms and Conditions
4. Marketplace Transactions
- CattleSystem is not a party to buyer-seller transactions. Refunds for cattle purchases are a matter between the buyer and seller.
- Any listing fee charged by CattleSystem is non-refundable once the listing is live.
- In case of a platform error leading to a double charge, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days.
5. How to Request a Refund

Include:
- Your registered mobile number
- The transaction amount and date
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request within 3 working days and respond with our decision. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5โ7 working days.
6. Payment Gateway
Payments on CattleSystem are processed through licensed payment gateways. CattleSystem does not store your card or UPI details. Any payment disputes may also be raised with your bank or payment provider.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy before launching paid features. We will notify users via the app and email.
